Returns and Refunds

 

RETURN

You can return a product if you don't like it, it's not what you expected, the measurements don't fit what you need or for any other reason. You have 15 days from the delivery date to make the return. The products must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging intact (they cannot be opened or used products).

Before making the return, send us an email to hola@malaikagaby.com or scan the WhatsApp code.

Please note that we only respond to text messages (we do not accept calls), opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 19:00 to inform us that you are going to make the return, providing the order number and we will inform you about the procedure to follow for returning the product.

REFUND

Once we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the product in the same payment method you used when placing the order. The shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to defects in the merchandise or a service error (such as delivery of the wrong size, color or model).

We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (for example, providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home on the multiple occasions the shipping company attempts to deliver the package, or not picking up the package from the shipping office within the stated time period).

How long does it take to process a return?

It depends on the method you used. If you used PayPal, it will be immediate, but if you used a bank card, it depends on each bank. Credit card refunds usually take between 5 and 10 business days to appear on your statement.

PRODUCT CHANGE

If you wish to exchange a product, you can process a return and purchase independently, that is, buy the product you wanted again.

15 DAYS FOR RETURNS

* You can submit the refund request within 15 days from the date the carrier delivers your order to the address provided at checkout. You can do so by sending an email to or scanning the WhatsApp code.
