Shipping

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the status of your shipment in real time.

To track your order, follow these steps:

  • Once you have received the tracking number, click on the "Help Center" or "Track My Order" link. This will take you to the tracking page.

  • On the tracking page, enter your tracking number or order number.

In case of any issues with the delivery, the nearest pick-up point where your package is located will be displayed, along with a contact number. If you need more information about the pick-up point, do not hesitate to contact us by email at hello@malaikagaby.com or by scanning the WhatsApp code on our contact page.


Please note that we only respond to text messages (we do not accept calls).

Orders are delivered in the Spanish peninsula and other countries in the European community, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Chile and Colombia.

Depending on the country you are in, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays (neither at origin nor at destination) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Depending on the availability of the product in our warehouse, orders are delivered between 3-12 business days.

Shipping rates: All orders under €50 will have a shipping cost of €4.95.

Free Shipping: All orders over €50 will have free shipping including VAT.

Delivery date estimates: All orders are processed within a maximum time of 24-48 hours on business days, so an order placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

At the time of processing, a notification will be issued when it leaves our warehouses. Depending on the availability of the product in our warehouse, orders are delivered between 3-12 business days.

We do not have a physical store, we operate exclusively through the Internet and we do not have a warehouse collection service.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds.

You can return all types of products, but some items require special conditions to be returned:

  • Swimwear: must include hygiene sticker.
  • Underwear and hair accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us at hola@malaikagaby.com within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number to inquire about the return and refund process.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hola@malaikagaby.com or via WhatsApp by scanning the code below or on the contact page, with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item.

When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the product using the same payment method you used when placing the order. From the moment we make the refund, the time until the refund is made effective in your account always depends on the bank.

Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

The costs of shipping returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to defects in the merchandise or a service error (such as delivery of the wrong size, color or model).

We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (for example, providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home on the multiple occasions the shipping company attempts to deliver the package, or not picking up the package from the shipping office within the stated time period).
