Shipping rates

All orders under €50 will have a shipping cost of €4.95.

Free Shipping:

  • All orders over €50 will have free shipping including VAT.

Delivery date estimates.

All orders are processed within a maximum of 24-48 hours on working days, so an order placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. A notification will be sent when it leaves our warehouses. The maximum delivery times are indicated below:

In any case, the maximum delivery time for each order may be agreed individually between both parties. In the event of requiring any customs management, the delivery time may be altered and will always be communicated to the customer.

ATTENTION: Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

For logistical reasons, for shipments to the Canary Islands we need an ID number for customs purposes, the customer must send it by leaving a note in the order.

If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, VAT will be automatically deducted from your order. In addition, when your package arrives at the customs office in your community, new costs will be generated that will be borne by the recipient of the package and will be charged to you upon delivery. These costs are the tax that you must pay for your purchase (IGIG), the import DUA (only if your purchase is subject to AIEM control or if it exceeds the value of €150) and customs clearance (variable amount depending on the community).

Deliveries are made between morning hours (10:00 to 14:00) and afternoon hours (16:00 to 19:00). Therefore, customers are asked to use addresses where there is someone who can receive the package.

How can I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the status of your shipment in real time.

To track your order, follow these steps:

  1. Once you have received the tracking number, click on the " Help Center " or " Track My Order " link. This will take you to the tracking page.
  2. On the tracking page, enter your tracking number or order number.

Do you have a physical store and can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

We do not have a physical store, we operate exclusively through the Internet and we do not have a warehouse collection service.

Refunds and returns.

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us at hola@malaikagaby.com within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number to inquire about the return and refund process.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@malaikagaby.com with your order number, photos and videos of the item's condition.
